Sintax 1.0.7
Sleep from Apple Health
- How did I sleep last night? Total sleep, bedtime, wake time, and core, deep, and REM.
- Compare my sleep this week with last week.
- What time do I usually fall asleep?
See last night’s sleep.
Save and remove sleep
- Log that I slept 11:30 PM to 7 AM last night.
- Remove the sleep entry you just saved.
Saving and removing sleep only happen when you ask, need your iPhone unlocked, and removing only touches entries Sintax saved.
Night readings
- What was my heart rate and HRV while I slept?
- Was my resting heart rate higher than usual this week?
- Show my breathing rate, blood oxygen and wrist temperature from last night.
Sleep works without an Apple Watch. Night readings only appear if a Watch recorded them.

New-chat approval
- How do I approve a new AI chat? A notification opens a one-tap Approve or Deny screen.
MCP link in Settings
- Where is my Sintax MCP server link? Settings shows it, with a one-tap copy, for hooking up a new chat.
Update notice
- How do I know when a newer Sintax is out? Sintax tells you, so your chats keep the newest tools.
Cleaner Connected chats
- What do Connected chats show? The chat name and when you last used it. No host names, and no duplicate Last used.
Polish
- Does the icon match my iPhone? It follows light or dark appearance, and copy confirmations stay visible above the tab bar.
