How did I sleep?

Every number below is example data, not a real reading.

How did I sleep last night?
Example, not a real night. 7 hours 20 minutes asleep. Bedtime 11:42 PM. Wake time 7:02 AM. Core 4 hours 10 minutes, deep 1 hour 5 minutes, REM 1 hour 40 minutes.
Compare my sleep this week with last week.
Example, not a real week. This week averaged 7 hours 10 minutes. Last week averaged 6 hours 40 minutes.
What was my heart rate and HRV while I slept?
Example, not a real reading. Heart rate 58 beats per minute. HRV 42 milliseconds.

Night readings need an Apple Watch worn to bed. Sleep works without one.

Remove the sleep entry you just saved.
Example only. Removed the sleep entry Sintax just saved.

Saving and removing only happen when you ask, need the iPhone unlocked, and removing only touches entries Sintax saved.

Questions

Can Sintax read my sleep from Apple Health? Yes. Ask how you slept. Sintax reads the sleep Apple Health already has: total sleep, bedtime, wake time, and core, deep, and REM. The numbers on this page are examples, not your readings.

Do I need an Apple Watch? No. Sleep works without an Apple Watch. Night readings, such as heart rate and HRV, only appear if a Watch recorded them while you slept.
