Corrupt Syntax is the studio. The App Store listing rename may still be in review. The app and this site say Sintax.

Agreement. Using this site or the Corrupt Syntax / Sintax app means you accept these terms.

What Sintax is. A companion on your iPhone so an assistant you already use can read and write things you allow. Not the assistant. Not a doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser.

Licence. Personal, non-exclusive, revocable use of the app. You do not buy the source.

Your responsibilities. You choose the assistant. You turn groups on in Permissions. When a group is on and you ask, that assistant may read or write whatever that group allows on this iPhone — including Calendar, Reminders, Health, workouts, Weather, Maps, Music, Home, Alarms, Photos, Notes, Shortcuts, Focus, device and location, and any other group shown in Permissions. Sintax does not check that the assistant’s read or write is correct. You own any wrong or deleted item in any group. Unlock rules still apply. Turn the group off or Clear Logbook if you need to stop it.

Acceptable use. No abuse of the wake path. No attempting to break rate limits to harm the service. No using Sintax to violate other people’s privacy.

Limits. 60 asks / 10 minutes and 2,000 / day per connection. Over: “Sintax is busy.” We may change limits to keep hosting affordable.

Tips. Optional. Not required. Not a subscription unless a later version says so in the app and on this page.

Availability. Wake can fail if Sintax is closed, the phone is locked when a write needs unlock, a group is off, or Apple / the assistant is down.

As-is. To the extent the law allows, the app and site are provided as-is. That does not remove rights you cannot waive where you live, including Québec consumer rights that cannot be signed away.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what the assistant reads or writes on this iPhone, including a wrong or deleted item in any Permissions group. Cap any remaining claim at the amount you paid us for tips in the 12 months before the claim (often zero).

Notice. Site copy, app UI, and logo belong to the developer. A © line is a notice. It does not lock the idea of an iPhone bridge.

Apple. You also agree to Apple’s terms for the App Store and in-app purchase.

Third-party assistants. Their terms apply to the chat you have with them.

Governing place. Québec, Canada, without taking away mandatory consumer protections where you live.
