Start an email or iMessage draft

Pin a Shortcut, then ask. Sintax saves an Email draft or a Text draft in Logbook. Text draft is the iMessage one. Nothing sends until you send it in Mail or Messages.

Pin to Sintax

Install the helper Shortcut. Open Sintax. Tap Pick a shortcut. Tap the name. That pin action is Pin to Sintax.

Today’s mail, or an iMessage

A pinned Shortcut can bring back today’s mail, or an iMessage. The last step is Save result, then Pick a shortcut.

iMessage Mom that I’m running late.

Ask for a person by name. Sintax looks up that person in the contacts you choose to share. Every match comes back, not only the first. A partial name counts.

Sintax does not read the inbox. Tap the Logbook row to open the system draft when Sintax is open and the phone is unlocked.
